Meet our Founder
Driven by her passion to make a positive difference in the inclusion space, Tea Colaianni MBE launched WiHTL in 2016. Her work focuses on delivering tangible initiatives that build and strengthen a diverse talent pipeline.
Tea is a Non-Executive Director on several Boards and has held C-suite roles at Merlin Entertainments and Hilton Hotels.
