Miratalent is about seeing talent clearly, inspiring a sense of what's possible, supporting overlooked talent and being a guiding presence along the way. It reflects our belief that great leaders aren't always the most visible, and that every organisation has more of them than it realises.
Meet our Founder
Tea Colaianni MBE founded WiHTL in 2016 and Diversity in Retail 2021, driven by a belief that inclusion isn't just the right thing to do, it's a business imperative. Her work has built and strengthened diverse talent pipelines through practical, tangible initiatives that deliver real change.
Before founding WiHTL, Tea held C-suite roles at Merlin Entertainments and Hilton Hotels. She now serves as a Non-Executive Director on several boards, bringing that leadership experience to organisations navigating culture, talent and inclusion.
